History of the club

Leyla got the idea for the club in 2016 when she started consulting and organizing leadership and self-development workshops. Together with Calvin Tiessen expat from Canada- one of the co-founders of the consulting company RITSAR Group and an educator from ADA, providing training and consulting in BP and other companies in the oil and gas sector. A small club was organized, entrepreneurs who met once a week for a morning breakfast. After a couple of years, the club suspended meetings as many people left, including Calvin, and only in the post-coronavirus period resumed meetings. In 2023 Gulshan Aliyeva became CO-Founder. The club started to hold and organize forums.
